Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. To start a return, please click this link or email us at hello@sani.co to initiate the return process.
Once the return has been initiated, items must be shipped within 5 business days of approval or return is voided.
A 10% zero waste fee will be deducted from the refund total. Fee will be waived for store credit.
Please note that any item to be returned must be in new, unused + resalable condition, and in original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy standard will not qualify for a refund.
No returns on international orders.
Any customs, duties and/or shipping is nonrefundable.

Customizations

All customizations are considered final sale.
Customizations include different blouse cuts or blouse lengths, sleeve additions, custom colors, and changes to embroidery style and/or coloring.

For all returns, we highly recommend getting a USPS/UPS/FedEx receipt when dropping off your return in case the package is lost in transit en route back to us. We are not responsible for any packages that do not get delivered back to us or lost in transit without a receipt showing that it was dropped off for return. If there is no proof of return and the tracking does not show it was delivered back to us you will not be refunded.

Probably the best customer experience I have ever had with a brand!

I've followed Sani for a while and have absolutely loved all the designs. When it came time to plan my wedding, I knew that I wanted to have a version of the Anjali Anarkali for my special day. I contacted the Sani team and they helped me put together my vision to have an ivory Anjali to wear. Every step of the process was seamless, and Rebekah took such amazing care to update me along the way. I just received my dress and I was blown away!! The photos literally don't do it justice and I feel like an absolute princess wearing it and my fiance was literally like "this is 1000% you in an outfit." I can't wait to wear it to my wedding in September and dance the night away! Thank you so much to Rebekah and the entire Sani team for making this a reality for me! I will definitely be purchasing again!

I loved this outfit! The material quality (not itchy at all!) was amazing, and this royal purple color was a showstopper. I received so many compliments! The Sani team made this an outfit that is functional (pockets, with a dupatta that stays put) and beautiful. In addition, Sani has the best customer service team. Rebekah, the operations manager was quick to respond to my questions and made sure that my custom order was received on time for my event. When I had a hiccup in my order, she made sure it was corrected and even sent another outfit option just in case! I was so impressed! A heartfelt thank you for all your efforts!
