Return Policy

Effective 9/25/25, all items are final sale.

Our policy prior to 9/25: 

Ready To Ship

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, please click this link or email us at hello@sani.co to initiate the return process.
  • Once the return has been initiated, items must be shipped within 5 business days of approval or the return is voided.
  • A 10% zero waste fee will be deducted from the refund total. Fee will be waived for store credit. 
  • Please note that any item to be returned must be in new, unused + resalable condition, and in original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy standard will not qualify for a refund.
  • No returns on international orders.
  • Please note that all international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These costs are not included in your order total and are nonrefundable.
  • Any customs, duties and/or shipping is nonrefundable.
  • Final Sale Items: No returns or exchanges. Sample and warehouse sale items are final sale.

Made to Order

  • Effective 9/2/25, all Made to Order items are Final Sale. Due to significant increases in tariffs and production costs, we are choosing not to raise prices for our customers. However, this means we can no longer accommodate returns or exchanges on Made to Order pieces. 
  • Please note that all international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These costs are not included in your order total and are nonrefundable.
  • Any customs, duties and/or shipping is nonrefundable.

Customizations

  • All customizations are considered final sale.
  • Customizations include different blouse cuts or blouse lengths, sleeve additions, custom colors, and changes to embroidery style and/or coloring.

For all returns, we highly recommend getting a receipt when dropping off your return in case the package is lost in transit en route back to us. We are not responsible for any packages that do not get delivered back to us or lost in transit without a receipt showing that it was dropped off for return. If there is no proof of return and the tracking does not show it was delivered back to us you will not be refunded.
