Shipping Policy

For items going within the US, standard shipping is complimentary for all orders. For international shipments, an estimate is available at checkout based on the weight of your piece. 

Return Policy

Ready To Ship: Lounge, Casual, and Ready to Ship Formalwear

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. To start a return, please click this link or email us at hello@sani.co to initiate the return process.
  • Once the return has been initiated, items must be shipped within 5 business days of approval or return is voided.
  • A 10% zero waste fee will be deducted from the refund total. Fee will be waived for store credit. 
  • Please note that any item to be returned must be in new, unused + resalable condition, and in original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy standard will not qualify for a refund.
  • No returns on international orders.
  • Any customs, duties and/or shipping is nonrefundable.

Made to Order

  • Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery. Email us at hello@sani.co to initiate a return.
  • A  25% zero waste fee will be deducted from the refund total.
  • Once the return has been approved, items must be shipped within 5 business days of approval or the return is voided.
  • Please note that any item to be returned must be in new, unused + resalable condition, with the DO NOT REMOVE tag still attached in the same place as originally sent. Returns must be in original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not qualify for a refund.
  • No returns on international orders.
  • Any customs, duties and/or shipping is nonrefundable.

Customizations

  • All customizations are considered final sale.
  • Customizations include different blouse cuts or blouse lengths, sleeve additions, custom colors, and changes to embroidery style and/or coloring.

For all returns, we highly recommend getting a receipt when dropping off your return in case the package is lost in transit en route back to us. We are not responsible for any packages that do not get delivered back to us or lost in transit without a receipt showing that it was dropped off for return. If there is no proof of return and the tracking does not show it was delivered back to us you will not be refunded.
